Nominating for a program
The Expertship Institute, through its delivery partners, can deliver Expertship programs around the world.
High performing subject matter experts get nominated for programs, which start every quarter, in three ways:
-
they are nominated by their manager, who also funds the place on the program.
-
they are nominated by their internal talent team, sometimes funded by a central budget, sometimes also funded by their manager.
-
they self-nominate, and we assist with getting the relevant approvals from your organization to fund the place on the program.
No obligation briefings
It is typical for managers of expert teams to be unaware of the opportunity to place their high performing experts on this program, or indeed the benefits that the expert and their organization will accrue from doing so.
We often 15-minute no obligations briefings for managers of experts or the experts themselves, with our senior coaches (not sales people) to explain the program , its learning outcomes, and to explore whether the program is a good fit for the participant.

The benefits of nominating for a Public Expertship Program
The public Expertship programs we run provide an opportunity for managers, or talent teams, to nominate individual or small numbers of subject matter experts for the program.
It enables managers in particular to:
-
invest in their direct reports directly - without having to wait for for ‘organization-wide’ programs from the learning and development department to be organized.
-
start the professional growth program straight away - we commence new programs every quarter.
-
register their expert in a program which is delivered virtually, but is hosted by a highly qualified Expertship coach, and is structured to fit in with the expert continuing to execute their duties. The scheduling to easy to manager for participants.
The benefits of nominating key experts in the Mastering Expertship program is that the program has strong credentials - with thousands of graduates and very high ratings from participants and their managers.
