The Expertship360 measures your co-workers’ opinion of your proficiency, and allows you to compare that with your own perspective and experience in the workplace. Assessing relevant factors such as problem solving abilities, depth of knowledge and your ability to affect change, the survey is available on its own, or as part of the Mastering Expertship program.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Expertship360 uses a unique stakeholder categories to ensure experts get feedback that matches the way they work.

Questions are based around the nine capabilities of the Expertship Model.

The participant experience is hands on and person. Working with an accredited expertship coach, participants are briefed on how to build a respondent list that gives balanced and comprehensive feedback. The coach will de-brief the report with the participant, and help them shape a Personal Growth Plan, using the Expertship Growth Guide (a free copy of this book comes with every 360-degree survey). The coach will check in twice more on video-calls to see how the participant is progressing with executing their plan. Optional check-ins with the participant manager are also available.
