Once you understand the organisational strategy of your company and how you contribute to its execution, it’s important to use your knowledge to bring the strategy to life.

Ask yourself these questions:

  • Do I practice translating the strategy in terms that other experts and stakeholders will appreciate and relate to? Can they clearly identify their contribution to it?

  • Do I align my priorities with the strategy?

  • As a golden rule, do I make explicit links to the strategy in any reports or recommendations I write?
